What is Sublimation?
Dye sublimation is a process in which all design elements including logos, lettering, numbers, team names, sponsor logos, etc. are dyed directly into the fabric of the sports uniform. This has the advantage of being permanent and actually becomes part of the fabric, as opposed to screen printing, which will eventually wear off and deteriorate. It also makes the uniform very lightweight and breathable.

How do I order a mix of different items, like 10 netball dresses and 1 coach shirt?

This is a very common request! We've made it easy to bundle all your team gear into a single order. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Add your first item: Design your 10 netball dresses and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Keep browsing: Click the "Continue Shopping" button to go back to the product pages.
  3. Add your extra gear: Design your coach shirt and add it to your cart alongside the dresses.
  4. Checkout: Once you have all your team's items in the cart, simply proceed to checkout and make one easy payment.
Need to reorder a previous design?

Reordering is quick and easy. Just click the "Repeat Past Order" link in the top right corner of our website to get started:

  • Log in: Use the email address from your original order as your username, and your contact phone number as the password.
  • Select your order: Browse your order history and choose the design you'd like to recreate.
  • Add new details: Simply enter your new quantities, sizes, or player names.

The best part? There are no minimums on repeat orders!
*Please note: A minimum order of 10 applies to repeat baseball cap orders.

Can I make my designs available for team members to order directly?
Yes, you can! Utilize the "My Store" feature to make this process seamless. 1. Log In to Your Account Visit www.subprint.com.au and click the “Login/Order More” button at the top right corner to log in to your account. Use your email address as the username and your phone number as the password. 2. Add Products to Your Store Click the "My Orders" link to access your order history. Select the "Add to My Store" button to view and add your designs. 3. Manage Your Store Go to the "My Store" section to manage (rename or remove) your designs. 4. Share Your Store Link Share your store link or QR code with team members. Note: For orders with fewer than five units per design, a higher unit price applies, and separate postage charges will be incurred for each order. To save on costs, we recommend new members place one combined order.

No worries! We offer an Express Shipping option specifically for urgent orders. Here's how to get your gear sorted quickly:

  1. Design your gear: Create your custom uniforms using our "Design Your Own" tool and add them to your cart.
  2. Choose Express: When you're ready to check out, simply select the Express Shipping option.
  3. Checkout: Finalise your payment and leave the rest to us!

*Please note: Express delivery times may be subject to delays if your shipping address is located in a DHL-designated remote area, or in the event of severe weather conditions.

I’d like to order 10 basketball singlets, do I need to do 10 designs?
There is no need to design all singlets separately. You can just design 1 singlet and input the size, name and number info on the ordering page. We will print specific names and numbers on each singlet as per your submitted information.
What if my order is returned by Couriers due to unsuccessful delivery?
All orders are delivered by FedEx or DHL. Please refer to the couriers’ website for their latest redelivery services and undeliverable shipments policy. In the event that an order is returned to our factory due to unsuccessful delivery, a delivery cost will be charged if the order needs to be re-sent.

ARE MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS SAVED?
No, we don't save any of your payment details which means you will have to enter them via PayPal each time you place an order, but at least you know there's no risk.

When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please login My Account using your e-mail address as user name and phone number as password. Be sure to check your spam folder first!

Can I change my design after the order has been submitted?
No. Once the order has been confirmed and submitted, it will be directly printed and produced in the factory. However, you can cancel the order within 48 hours and place a new order with the new design. Please find the information below regarding how to cancel your order.
Can I cancel order if I changed my mind?

Since all garments are custom designed and manufactured, we don't not accept changes once the manufacturing process is started. We offer a 48 hours cooling off period, you may only cancel the order within this 48 hours window, we will issue you a full refund (less $1 to cover PayPal transaction fee).

Where is my order?

Your order will be delivered in 3 weeks once the payment is received and all artwork is confirmed. Certain regional or remote areas may be slower. We will send you a tracking number when the order is dispatched. The courier is FedEx or TNT Express.

The garments I received have some defects?

We have strict quality control process before the garment leaving the factory, so it's very rare there would be any defects. Since garments are custom made, we can't exchange any item for different size, so please make sure when you placing order check the size chart closely.

In the case there's quality issues on the final product you received, please fill out Return request form and provide with photo evidence, our friendly customer services team will contact you once your case is reviewed.

Delivery Policy
SHIPPING POLICY We deliver products using DHL & FedEx. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 14 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 14 and 20 business days depending on your location.

Custom-Made Items

Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, OZTJ SPORTS will cover all shipping costs and send you the correct product. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and return it in its original condition* for inspection.

*Original condition: The item has no personalized decoration, no damage, is unworn, all labels and tags are intact, and it is in its original packaging.

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and the return address.
  3. Return the item as per our instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
